Dirty Politics

Council bin schemes and ecological apathy - How local authorities are turning our communities against the environment

A major new book by Southport author

Pat Regan

Introductory information

Dirty Politics exposes the tyrannical actions of 21st Century councils that are intimidating the UK’s populace into blindly accepting their widely detested and potentially harmful, fortnightly waste collection scheme. My uncompromising, no-nonsense investigation also uncovers how self-righteous local authorities are destroying our natural environment for business profit and enforcing their so-called Alternate Weekly Collection (AWC) against the will of the people. Rats, flies, maggots, stench and disease from decomposing waste overload in our bins. Councils claim this Government-pushed strategy over our waste collection is necessary. Campaigners strongly disagree, pointing out genuine health concerns and political deception behind these highly detested policies.
Dirty Politics clearly explains how politicians are using controversial claims of global warming, critical global energy concerns and recycling myths to endorse their stealth taxes and concealed agendas against us all. It reveals the lies surrounding ineffective ‘alternative’ energy sources and the ongoing wildlife habitat destruction committed by double dealing councils and ruthless politicians.
In this unique book I expose the deceitful propaganda surrounding present-day dictatorship mounted by those political forces that have abused the power vested in them by a trusting populace. I pull no punches in providing evidence concerning the type of ‘Dirty politics’ that many of us innocently joke about - but would be appalled to discover was in fact the ‘truth!’
Dirty Politics uncovers the multiple falsehoods behind the bastions of elected authority that affect us all. This landmark book is the tonic required to turn the tide against the despots who we all are paying to keep in power.

          The fight back begins here!

Pat Regan

NB: The official press launch date for Dirty Politics is June 1st 2009

In Liverpool the Libdems call 2 week collections a "Rat's charter" yet the limps  in Southport under Pugh  think  its a great idea.  Obviously this confused lot make up policies on a very strage basic.  Its about time that someone exposed their hated  AWC and the cranks behind it for what it really is - a load of crap that puts families health at risk. I also hear that they will not stop at this with monthly collections are being talked about next.

This Government and the Libs that support it are off their flaming trolly.

It will be fascinating to see what happens if the 4-weeks collection notions they are playing with in Scotland more farther south.

The NHS cannot cope now so what will it be like when the new plague starts following a hot summer?
