Dr Frances KennettCongratulations to Dr Kennett for her courage in challenging her Council - Oxford City Council - in her opinion fortnightly rubbish collections have caused her to have rat infestations in her home. We are hearing from many other residents that their lives have also been blighted by rat infestations either in homes or gardens, and we are still convinced that there is a link between reducing frequency of waste collection and an increase in rat sightings.
The District Judge sympathised with Dr Kennett and I was delighted to be in Court to hear his comments.
