Reverting to summer weekly collections - GedlingGedling Borough Council has confirmed that reverting to weekly collections of general waste during the summer months has not affected their recycling rates:http://www.telegraph.co.uk/earth/...l=/earth/2007/12/26/eabins126.xml This Campaign has always said the majority of residents do not need to be forced into recycling by imposing fortnightly general waste collections. Congratulations to Gedling Borough Council for improving their service to residents. |
